Kaimati

Viungo:
  1. Unga wa ngano
  2. Sukari
  3. Iliki (Cardamon Seeds)
  4. Chachu (Yeast)
  5. Mafuta ya maji
  6. Maziwa
Kuandaa:
  1. Changanya unga ya ngano, iliki, chachu, maziwa na maji kidogo. Weka kando itulie.
  2. Teneneza mchanganyiko wa sukari na maji kisha wacha itulie.
  3. Weka mafuta ya maji kwa kikaangio cha kuoka (for deep frying).
  4. Tengeneza mchanganyiko wa unga ili iwe mviringo kisha tumbukiza kwa kikaangio iliyo na mafuta.
  5. Geuza mviringo hadi iwe na rangi ya kahawia.
  6. Toa kwa mafuta, kisha tumbukiza kwa mchanganyiko wa maji na sukari
