- Changanya unga ya ngano, iliki, chachu, maziwa na maji kidogo. Weka kando itulie.
- Teneneza mchanganyiko wa sukari na maji kisha wacha itulie.
- Weka mafuta ya maji kwa kikaangio cha kuoka (for deep frying).
- Tengeneza mchanganyiko wa unga ili iwe mviringo kisha tumbukiza kwa kikaangio iliyo na mafuta.
- Geuza mviringo hadi iwe na rangi ya kahawia.
- Toa kwa mafuta, kisha tumbukiza kwa mchanganyiko wa maji na sukari
