Viungo:
  1. Kitunguu
  2. Kitunguu Saumu
  3. Mchele
  4. Tangawizi mbichi
  5. Nyama
  6. Mafuta ya Maji
  7. Nyanya ya mkebe
  8. Viazi
  9. Iliki
  10. Pilau Masala
  11. Mafuta ya maji
Kuandaa:
  1. Chemsha nyama kisha weka kando.
  2. Twanga kitunguu saumu na tangawizi, weka kando.
  3. Weka mafuta ya maji ya kutosha kwa sufuria kisha kaanga kitunguu hadi kiwe na rangi ya kahawia.
  4. Ongeza kitunguu saumu na tangawizi kisha koroga hadi viungo vyote vichanganyikane.
  5. Ongeza nyanya ya mkebe na ukoroge hadi kila kitu kichanganyikane.
  6. Pika kwa dakika kidogo kisha ongeza nyama iliyochemshwa tayari na ukoroge.
  7. Ongeza viazi vilivyoshambuliwa tayari na ukoroge hadi viungo vyote vichanganyikane kabisa.
  8. Pima maji ya mchele kulingana na kiwango cha mchele.
  9. Maji yakishachemka weka mchele uliooshwa.
  10. Wacha iive na ikiwa karibu kukauka, funika, punguza moto ili iive pole pole.
  11. Ikishakauka kabisa, pakua na ule na saladi uipendayo.
